A hands-on design practitioner with close to 20 years of experience designing for people, products and services, I enjoy solving complex problems, breaking down silos and challenging inefficient ways of working. I believe design is universally applicable beyond screens and design is a superpower that can address many of the issues we face in the world today.
Currently, I lead the EPAM Singapore Design team where together with our team of cross-disciplinary designers, we work with clients across multiple domains to navigate the complexities of digital transformation while orchestrating product building.
On the side, I’m an active contributor of the design community in Singapore since 2011, serving as a local and regional coordinator of the Interaction Design Association (IxDA). As part of my interest in helping emerging designers become better, I’m also undergoing a coach training programme from Newfield Ontological Coaching.

EPAM Singapore Design Team
I thrive when it comes to solving complex problems with clients, especially stakeholders and organisations who cares about developing and transforming for the better future. I’m also excited by opportunities where I help fellow designers become better versions of themselves.
I’ve also been serving the Singapore design community since 2011 as the local coordinator for IXDA and served as the Regional Coordinator for Asia/Oceania since 2018.
As I take a step back to go from organiser to participant, I am truly thankful for the community allowing IxDA to be apart of their learning journey.
Lastly, I’m known to fancy lift buttons and create bad puns because Life is too short to close when you want it open.
Lift buttons tells us so much about usability, don’t they?
